    IAHV’s new project “Immunity Packs” initiated by Vijaylakshmi Sewnarain from KZN with regards to the Covid 19 pandemic. An immunity Pack consist of: Fizzy C (1000mg Vitamin C, Zinc and echinacea) & 50g flu masala( turmeric, ginger & cinnamon). The benefits by having the immunity strengthened and those positive will have immunity improved to help heal.

    Spreading menstrual Education is registered under IAHV, India as a service project. The vision of the project is to empower girls and women with knowledge and awareness on menstrual health and hygiene throughout rural South Africa. Specifically, in areas where sanitary products are unfordable and menstruation-related stigma exists, thereby restricting adolescent’s girls and women in day-today activities (attending school and work).

    IAHV and volunteers from The Art of Living in Midrand embarked on a project to collect bottle tops and bread tags in return for wheelchairs. It started with a single bottle top weighing a measly 2g and 750KG later brought about the purchase of 5 wheelchairs.
