Your donation supports the full YLTP WORKS journey, including:
- A full 7-day youth leadership foundation training, giving youth practical tools for emotional and mental wellbeing while building confidence, communication, responsibility, and leadership
- One year of mentorship and follow-up support to help participants stay connected, accountable, and moving forward
- Practical employment pathways, including fully funded driver’s licence acquisition for eligible youth, as well as other forms of support that strengthen employment opportunity
- Work-readiness, communication, and responsibility-building to help youth show up well, earn trust, and make the most of opportunities
- Community service opportunities that help youth become active volunteers and pay it forward by uplifting the communities they live in
- Access to further advanced courses offered by IAHV for committed youth who are ready to deepen their practice and strengthen their ability to serve
- Practical resources such as transport and participation support so youth can attend and stay involved; meals, training materials.
Funds are used within the approved budget where they are most needed to support youth participation and responsible project delivery. Spending is overseen by IAHV and audited annually. IAHV is a largely volunteer-driven organisation, which helps ensure that funds are directed primarily toward programme delivery and community impact.

Donors can expect:
- Confirmation of donation
- Section 18A tax certificate, where applicable
- Project updates
- Impact reporting on participation, mentoring, employment progress, driver’s licence milestones, and community service activity
