An immunity Pack consist of: Fizzy C (1000mg Vitamin C, Zinc and echinacea) & 50g flu masala( turmeric, ginger & cinnamon). The benefits by having the immunity strengthened and those positive will have immunity improved to help heal.

    IAHV and volunteers from The Art of Living in Midrand embarked on a project to collect bottle tops and bread tags in return for wheelchairs. It started with a single bottle top weighing a measly 2g and 750KG later brought about the purchase of 5 wheelchairs.
